These Terms of Service govern your use of the Airakle platform operated by Airakle, Inc. Please read them carefully before creating an account or submitting a review.
By accessing or using Airakle ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or submit a review on Airakle. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
You may only create one account per person. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent bans or submission limits is grounds for permanent suspension.
Ownership. You retain ownership of the content you submit to Airakle, including reviews and written text.
Licence. By submitting content, you grant Airakle a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce, and distribute that content on the Platform and in promotional materials.
Accuracy. You represent that all information you submit — including your engagement history, ratings, and written content — is accurate and truthful to the best of your knowledge.
Prohibited content. You agree not to submit content that is defamatory, harassing, misleading, fraudulent, or in violation of our Reviewer Guidelines.

You agree not to:
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Platform without written permission - Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform - Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's security or integrity - Use the Platform to send unsolicited communications or spam - Impersonate another user, creator, or Airakle employee - Attempt to manipulate a creator's grade through coordinated or fraudulent submissions
Violations may result in immediate account termination and legal action where appropriate.
Airakle publishes profiles of creators and their products based on publicly available information and user-submitted reviews. If you are a creator and believe your profile contains factually incorrect information, contact us at airakle.co@gmail.com.
Claiming a profile. Creators may claim their profile to respond to reviews, access analytics, and display a verified badge. Claiming a profile does not grant the ability to remove or alter published reviews.
Verified reviews. Airakle does not endorse, verify, or warrant the accuracy of any individual claim made in a review beyond confirming that the reviewer demonstrated genuine engagement with the creator's content or community.

The Platform and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Airakle does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Grades and reviews published on Airakle represent the opinions of individual users, not of Airakle, Inc. Airakle does not endorse any product reviewed on the Platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Airakle, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.

Airakle may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or our Reviewer Guidelines, without prior notice.
You may delete your account at any time via account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Published reviews will be anonymised and may remain on the Platform.
